I used to have deep, bulging spots on the sides of my face, forehead and chin - the ones that you can't pop and can be quite sore and uncomfortable. Nothing would get rid of them: I tried washing my face and switching different products, washing my pillowcase more often, etc. After I used the cream consistently (2-3 times a day for 2 months) my skin was completely clear! Whatever it did, it's seemed to reset my skin and now I only get the normal, small break outs after indulging in certain foods! I love it and highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it says the texture is creamy and absorbs into the skin well. I usually use this before bed and in the morning, my blemishes are always dried up and less red. I then continue to apply until the blemish is gone. Little product goes a long way, so I can see this tube lasting a while. Great quality as always. I will definitely be repurchasing whenever this runs out. The smell is nice and refreshing (spa kinda vibe)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused more spots! This product broke me out. It contains peppermint oil which is a known skin irritant, surprised to see this in a spot treatment. I should have studied the ingredients list more thoroughly before buying.

It works well for me: redness is quickly calmed - and, in the short term, masked by the green tint to the cream; after a few hours, swelling is reduced. I can see it becoming a staple in my cosmetics purse.

This paired with their salycilic acid serum for my chin and oily areas literally … makes my skin look , no joke 5 years younger and 31. I used to use this as just a spot treatment and that works too. But if you have a problem area , and use it mindfully there : works wonders
