ESPA Bioactive Eye Cleanser is an eye make up remover with a bio-active formula that gently but effectively removes eye make-up, conditions lashes and soothes the eye area.

Moringa naturally cleanses and removes eye make-up, while Hyaluronic Acid and Rose water help to hydrate, leaving the eye area feeling soothed with moisture, conditioned and comforted.

Directions

Shake well to mix the bio-active layers. Immediately apply to a damp cotton wool pad. Place on eye lids for a few moments then gently sweep away
