Rated 4 out of 5 by from An effective spinoff to the original As a daily user of the Facial Fuel energising moisturiser, I was keen to try out the SPF version for use abroad. It provided very similar results to the original with the added SPF bonus. As a personal preference, I do prefer the gel like consistency in the original as I find it takes much quicker to be absorbed by the skin. Nonetheless, the SPF version worked very well for me and is a great addition to ensure skin is well hydrated and protected during higher UV exposure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Selected wrong moisturiser I love Kiehl’s facial fuel and if I had selected the one which I normally get I would have rated 5 stars. This formula is good but it doesn’t absorb into the skin as good as the normal moisturiser. Inspected the one with SPF in so I guess this had something to do with it. Still though great fresh feeling.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I need to apply copious amounts to moisturise Not sure if my skin is particularly dry at present but I find myself having to use large amounts of the cream, otherwise my forehead just feels really dry and flaky. Given the price of a tube it's a bit disappointing as other, far cheaper brands seem to provide better moisture for my skin with smaller quantities. On the plus side, the SPF seems to be doing the trick in terms of sun protection and once I've applied the sufficient amount it feels nice on my skin and not greasy at all.

Very oily and makes eyes sore I used this for the first time and was immediately confused by the blue runny consistency (having used the Ultra SPF before, which is great). Very oily consistency, sore on eyes (I did not put anywhere near my eyes), and not anything like the previous product. SPF should also be increased from SPF19. Do not recommend.
