Rated 4 out of 5 by from Back at it again I used this product last year and would only use it during my night time routine and I loved it. I love how creamy it was and how it makes my face feel soft at night and when I wake up. Using it now again and noticed how the consistency is a bit more lighter and feels more lighter on the face too, it doesnt feel as heavy but still gives my face that moisturised and soft feel. My friends had also noticed how my face looks more plump and clear, it may have a different consistency but still does the same and gives the same results.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's luxurious and rich. A little goes a long way I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and use it daily. I can already notice a significant difference on my face. The spots under my eyes are not as raised and are fading. Not the cheapest but excellent value for money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken item received and can’t do exchange I have bought three items. One of those was broken and the outer box of all is fine. It was not a delivery fault. Asked Kiehl to do exchange but they said it could not be as there is not the company policy. The only choice for us goes …… as a refund arise by us…. Print the return label and do the purchase again. …… that’s really interesting. We wonder why Kiehl sent out a broken item at the first stage and believe we would accept this. And they don’t even bother to resolve the issue. Thank you for your time Kiehl. That’s a cheat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stings and burns I have also got this cream, I have all the other products this company sells and they are fine. This however WOW be warned! It’s basically made my cheeks permanently burnt ! It absolutely stings when you try to use it. I first thought it was the ingredients inside the cream working its magic on my skin. After reading these other comments I won’t touch the pot ever again. I am very upset as this cream cost quite a lot of money and now it’s basically full up and wasted.
