Directions

1) Shake the bottle before each use to activate the formula and mix the two phases into a homogeneous solution. 

2) Apply Bi-Facil Clean & Care to a cotton pad and place it on each closed eye. 

3) Leave the cotton pad soaked for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup, and then touch the eyelids to remove the makeup.
