No dragging
I was bought this by my daughter as the one I was using was past its' best and she decided it was time to replace it, and I'm so pleased she did. It's so easy to use on my ageing lids, as there's no dragging or pulling, it just glides on, so easily and smoothly. I can see this is going to last me a while but I think I'll get myself another just in case. Very happy with it.

Used for over 20 years
I have very sensitive eyes and found this pencil many years ago. I use the bronze colour under my eyes
Occasionally it will rub off slightly but i love the fact it is soft, goes on easily and it doesnt irritate. It also lasts me a long time
Wouldnt buy anything else

Easy to apply
Easy to apply. Smooth feeling. Not easy to break in pieces.I’m using this for last 6 months, had no problem. Good pencil!

Not good
I bought this with high expectations but it smudge very quickly and it looks horrible as it spread all over after it s applied. I don t even have oilly face but i m very dissapointed as it costs a lot.

One of my favourite Lancôme products. Easy to apply, deep black colour and long lasting. Personally, I have nothing else to want from an eye pencil. Highly recommend it!
