Fresh, versatile and unique
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had experience with Maison Margiela, so I know to expect high quality from their fragrances, and this one is no different.
Soul Of The Forest is a beautiful fragrance. I love that it's fresh with a cedar and fir base. The blackcurrant helps make it feel unique while giving it an ethereal quality.
It's very versatile and wearable, but not something you smell everyday. This tells people that you are confident in yourself and you want to smell good in your own way.
I highly recommend this and am glad it's no longer discontinued.

Very woodsy scent that lingers for a long time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice way de toilette. The scent lingers for a long time which is good. The smell is very woodsy a bit masculine. Packaging is very sleek and simple. It’s not really for me but it is still nice! Well worth the money.

Good middle ground perfum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With an earthy scent that lingers for quite a long time, the soul of the forest perfum ticks a few boxes, whilst not being the priciest for what you get, its a good middle ground between cheap and expensive. Packaged well, the black box is sleek and is something that id keep the perfum in to make it look nicer on the cabinet.

Quite nice if you like woody balsamic scents
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got a bottle that is very new batch so this one is reissued version, probably reformulated, as all perfumes recently. I haven't had a chance to smell original version as it was discontinued and if at all available - prices are sky high. New SotF is very forest-y of course, very woody and balsamic, like you're in the forest indeed. The fragrance is very dark, thick like a tar, very dark green and damp, very fresh. At least at the beginning, because it gets sweeter and less dense. The longevity is quite good on my skin - 4-5 hours, but of course that depends on one's skin solely. The bottle is elegant, black at top, getting lighter, kind of smoky closer to the bottom. The sprayer makes beautiful mist but at the same time at close inspection looks kind of cheap and plastic. I'd say it's more masculine than feminine but it again depends on your personal taste and perception.

Nice perfume

Subtle change to scent after a few minutes for the better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this spray being described as suitable for both men and women I found it an intriguing one to try.
The bottle and outer packaging appears as simple but smart design with a quality atomiser.
Overall the scent is pleasant. What I did find interesting is that the scent appears to change. The initial scent I would describe as more feminine and therefore not to my taste.
After a few minutes however woody notes come through and in my opinion improve the spray becoming one I would happily wear on a daily basis.
I would certainly try more like this in the future and possibly try more of the Replica line up.

Fashionable design

I love how the bottle looks old fashioned and fits in so well with my other toiletries.
