What it is:
A multitasking balm that provides a fresh, wet gloss without stickiness for cheeks and lips and offers super hydrating lip protection.

What it does:
This ultra-moisturizing lip balm features rich color and gel shine. It is formulated with over 30 percent super hydrating, lip-protecting plant oils derived from rapeseed, sunflower, cottonseed, and soybean, as well as vitamin E as an antioxidant. Gel Color Lip + Cheek Balm offers vibrant color and smooth coverage, while gel polymers provide a fresh, wet gloss without stickiness.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Phthalates

What else you need to know:
This product is dermatologist tested for sensitive skin and is not tested on animals. It is free of animal-derived ingredients and preservatives.

I definitely would have rated it a 5 if not for the fact that when I tried to sharpen the tip to expose the lip color that had worn down, it broke right off. As hard as I tried, I could not get it exposed enough to use again, so I threw it away. I did use the little sharpener that came with the lip pencil. I was very disappointed with this given the hefty price that I had paid for it. I will not purchase this product again.
