Directions
USAGE
•
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Great for mature and damaged hair
I’ve been using this conditioner for several months and my hair has never been healthier. I color and use heat on a regular basis and my hair is soft, shiny, and growing! Strong enough to sink in, but light enough not to weigh down my hair this conditioner is amazing. And it even smells great too!

Wanted to love
I wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner duo, and I foolishly bought a giant refill pouch, but my hair absolutely does not like this product. I've had so much build up on my scalp and couldn't figure out the issue until my stylist pointed out my recent shampoo change. Unfortunately will not be purchasing again.

Perfect conditioner
I have been using Ouai products for years. The conditioner is simply the absolute best. Leave hair soft, manageable without weighing it down. I haven’t had slit ends since using Ouai products.

Weird texture this time
I loved my original conditioner so thought to get the refill. But for some reason the conditioner has tiny pieces in it and it’s not smooth. They’re like tiny clear hard pieces of something?? I tried to refill it again and the same thing, so the whole refill bottle has tiny weird hard specks. May just have to throw it out :(

I’ve used this conditioner before and I like how it works but for some reason the packaged refill has a weird gritty feeling like it’s coagulated. Still conditions my hair but it’s a very weird sensation that my original bottle didn’t have
