Directions
Apply a small amount of Paul Mitchell Clarifying Shampoo Three®. Massage. Rinse. Suitable for daily use except on color-treated hair.

great not just for swimmers
I don't swim, but I do oil my hair before every wash. I needed s good clarifying shampoo that would remove all the residue oil without having to shampoo twice as that makes my dry. This shampoo is wonderful for that. One wash and my hair is clean, but without stripping my hair. The bottle lasts a long time as well because it lathers up so nicely. Cannot do without this and will be buying a second bottle asap.

Leaves hair squeaky clean after day at the beach/pool. Recommended by my hairdresser, perfect for holiday in the sun, make sure you use a conditioner too as hair can tangle.

As a swimmer chlorine is a big issue with my ti Ted hair. The difference after the first shampoo was amazing g, my hair felt so clean and was easier to bliwdry. The smell is gorgeous too

It says "Suitable for daily use except on color-treated hair." Can this be used on colour-treated hair once a week?

This product is not suitable to be used on coloured hair at all.
This is because this product is designed to be powerful enough to remove chlorine, iron, minerals and medication.
This means that any hair colour in the hair could also be removed any time this shampoo is used.
