Product Description
This formula combines very high concentrations of two of the most powerful and important antioxidants in skincare: Resveratrol and Ferulic Acid. Resveratrol is a natural phenol found in several plants and pure source is 100% derived from Japanese Knotweed. Ferulic Acid is a high-potency phytochemical antioxidant found naturally in walls of plant cells. Skincare formulations generally incorporate Resveratrol at 1% or less and Ferulic Acid at 0.5% or less. This formula contains each at 3%, an exceptionally high concentration. Note: Water can impair the stability of any antioxidant. This formula does not contain any water, silicones, oils or alcohol.

Not for Me
I am over 65 and although I love most of The Ordinary's products, this isn't one of them. It makes my skin dry even with moisturizer. It might do well with someone younger.

Caused dermatitis
I do not recommend this product. I used this for several months with no issues but then stopped for a month while on holiday. When I resumed using it, I broke out in red, dry patches around my eyes, mouth and nose. Some of the patches even had small, papules. I've never had reactions on my face before, so for a while I had to stop all elements of my skin care to let my face recover and then slowly reintroduce each one. This product reacted immediately with my skin when I started using it again, so once again I paused it. I gave it another try after several months and again the reaction was immediate. Unfortunately I do not recommend using this product, even if your skin is not sensitive.

Causes irritation
First of all, I have been using Ordinary products for a long time and I love them. I have also been using and loving Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% for a long time. However, after using the product I received on my last order, I have been getting a very nasty red, itchy irritation on the corner of my eye that is difficult to get rid of. I didn't change my usual regim, this time instead of good effect it caused very unpleasant irritation. I am terribly sorry, but I am afraid to continue using this product.:( I wonder what could have caused this negative change in the product.

Great for dry skin
I have normal to dry ageing skin. The resveratrol is great, it has a heavy oily feel but it sinks in. No issues. I rotate it with the other products.
