Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Strong Scent. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent was too strong in my opinion. I gave it way as a gift and they liked it. The packaging was nice. I liked the bottle design. It's very bold..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great scent hindered by its incredibly short appearance. The fragrance does not last longer than 2-3 hours. For an "intense EDP", this is laughable. This will be my first and last bottle of anything by Givenchy; Armani and PR have much stronger fragrances that don't die after 3 hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gourmand Gentleman [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my partner and I enjoy this scent. Its silage, projection and longevity all hit decent marks. Something in this in the blend reminds me of Tonka Bean more than coffee. I would save this for cooler when because when humid and hot...it can be cloying. The packaging is average but sleek. Spray nozzle works fine also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the scent!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Givenchy Gentleman Society EDP is a fragrant Colonel that is layered with great scents and will stand out as a great overall scent for any occasion! The layers of the scents that start off with a smooth vanilla followed by cedarwood are the main scents that I smell in this cologne and makes a perfect combination to give off a luxurious and sophisticated scent to grab anyone's attention who is nearby. The bottle with a black glass finish stands out as a unique and interesting bottle with the logo front and center adding to the luxurious scent from a visual perspective. You won't be disappointed with this scent at all as it is perfect for daily wear to work or for special nights out with a significant other or a day out with friends! Overall, the scents of vetiver, vanilla, and cedarwood combination makes for a sophisticated and luxurious scent that lasts for hours

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well blended beast mode cologne with woody and creamy notes [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The notes of sandalwood and floral are mixed so well with a vanilla dry down but in the creamiest masculine way. It lasts forever and have really been enjoying this scent on my husband. The packaging is sleek with metal and glass components. The price point is great for this well blended scent with lasting power.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vast improvement on the original The house of Givenchy is a love of mine. Far more of the fragrances are instant classics than not, and with Reserve Privee being my favorite in the Gentleman line when it released, it made my disappointment in the original Gentleman Society all the greater. Society Extreme brought back all that goodwill in an instant, and it's maybe what should have released in the first place. It has sweet mint, iris, and coffee, I don't know what else you could ask for. It sticks around, it doesn't project too heavy, and the scent trail is gorgeous. I keep wanting to spray again and again for the opening, but the dry down is super classy. Great stuff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Versatile Scent that's Good for the Office or a Night Out [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Givenchy Gentleman Society EDP Extreme, and it's a pretty impressive cologne. When you first spray it, there's this punch of iced coffee mixed with bold spices. It's strong at first, but it settles down nicely into something more wearable. After a bit, you start to notice the floral scent, which is kind of rich and luxurious, balanced out with a creamy vanilla note. It feels cozy and comforting, perfect for fall and winter. On my skin, it lasts about 6-7 hours, which is decent, and the smell stays close after the first hour. It's smooth and doesn't feel synthetic. Some might find it familiar, but it's got a unique twist that grows on you. It's versatile too-works just as well for a night out as it does for a casual day wearing jeans and a flannel

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As good as the non-extreme... I had initially been incentivized by Influenster with the non-extreme version of this which I love and is my favorite fragrance from Influenster thus far. I ended up with a free sample of the extreme version and I can't say which I like more. They're both amazing with a subtle difference. I pick up on the iris note more than anything. I don't notice the coffee like others do. Iris can sometimes deter me with its make-up bag smell, but this one does it well. I would say this is a little more musky/woody than the standard EDP, whereas that one is a little more sweeter with the vanilla, I think. If you own one I don't know if you really need to spend the money to get the other unless you have money to burn. You can't go wrong with either. "Which is better?" has no wrong answer.
