Not a nice lip balm but looks cute
This kind of just sits on top of your lips and leaves kind of a white cast on the lips. Not very moisturizing, it feels more like a sealant and also not very glossy. I like the look and design of the product. I also got a free keychain with it but I don’t think it’s worth the money. You’re better off buying an Aquaphor lip balm for a more budget friendly product that delivers more than a lip balm.

Great product, mediocre container
I bought this a few months ago and it works great, but the container does not hold up to living in a pocket and is more suited to a purse or bag. It gets really grungy, faded, dirty and gross compared to a regular tube of chapstick which seals better.

packaging not accessible
I am always looking for a good lip product as my lips are *always* dry. This goes on very smooth and is not sticky. I really love this product but the packaging is not accessible. The top is very hard to grip and even harder to twist open. Even getting it to twist closed is a bit of a challenge. If you have any mobility or joint issues in your hands, this product is not for you. I wish the packaging was easier because the product itself is wonderful.

Game Changer
I ordered this balm, along with several other products, just because why not. However, I came back to encourage anyone on the fence about it to try it out. This winter has been very dry, and other lip balms work, but not like this one. I got my order last night and applied this product before bed, and I woke up with silky, soft lips with one application. It feels very nice on the lips, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] gifted by theordinary! item was MIA but when arrived, it was perfect. Consistency wasn’t super thick or running, no scent which I loved. Did make my body feel moisturized but felt like I continuously needed to reapply as often

Avoid if you get cold sores
Used this product and while I liked it, the next day I had a cold sore. The amino acids in this caused it. Don't recommend if you are prone to cold sores.
